At the core of KiBO Foundation is its highly acclaimed 10 weeks Leadership Program which involves ICT training, Entrepreneurship Life skills/Leadership training and Community Engagement. This program utilizes the 8 Pillar Model.

ict training
The Foundation provides basic ICT training all the way to certified ICT courses. We are an established Cisco Academy, and also provide customized training to suit various needs.
entrepreneurship
KiBO focuses on building sustainable communities, and as part of this process each class is required to provide support to a needy community/project by utilizing their fundraising skills gained during the course of the program. These students also volunteer and donate time to various communities.
leadership/life skills
Attitude Change and building youth agency is at the core of this leadership program. Young people are taught communication skills, public speaking skills, group work skills and a host of other skills that are necessary to build their agency.
